No health information

This site does not ask for, and is not designed to receive, any information about anyone’s health. There are no patient forms, appointment requests or symptom questions. Please do not send us health information by email or through any form. If you do, we will delete it and not use it.

What we collect

When a chiropractic practice contacts us through the form for chiropractors, we collect what is typed into it: the practice’s details and the contact person’s name, email address and phone number. Like most websites, our servers and security services record technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

How we use it

We use practice details to create, correct or remove listings and to reply about placements. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Practice listings

Listings are built from information practices publish on their own websites, and from public state license records. Any practice can ask us to correct or remove its listing through the page for chiropractors.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site uses cookies needed to run it and to stop spam. We do not use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking pixels. If we add any measurement tool, we will name it on this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to handle the request and for our records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
