Paid placements are offered only in cities where your practice passes our listing rules, including a named chiropractor with an active license. Paying never adds a city and never changes the A to Z order. No card is taken online: placements are agreed by email, with written terms, before anything is charged. This is a new directory: any traffic figure we give you will carry the month it was measured and how it was counted. We never sell or pass on patient details – the site has no patient forms.
