What this site is
ChiroScience is an independent directory of chiropractic practices in 50 US metro areas, with a guide to how each state licenses chiropractors. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not employ chiropractors, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
What we publish
A directory of real chiropractic practices, researched city by city and checked on their own websites; license checks against state records where they are available; the official license lookup for every state; and plain-English guides for patients.
What we do not do
We do not collect health information, book appointments, rate chiropractors or recommend treatments.
How it is paid for
Listings are free. Practices can pay for labeled placements – see For chiropractors. Paid placements never change what we write.
